The “Old Tom” style of sweeter Gin arose in the 18th century during the prohibition when folks would attempt to sweeten their home brewed alcohol in bathtubs with whatever was handy!  We promise, however, that no bathtubs were harmed (or used) in the making of this Gin.  Our Gin, steeped in licorice root sweetness (no licorice flavour, promise!), pays homage to its Toowoomba heritage with an image of downtown Ruthven street from the early 1900's. We carefully balanced selected botanicals by infusion to bring out a lighter, sweeter character and paired them with root botanicals for some Old Tom earthiness! Hand-crafted for your enjoyment. Botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Licorice, Angelica root, Lemon & Orange Peel.

This beautifully presented 700 cl bottle of Ginius!®, is gathered from our universe and bound in some of the world's purest glass, wrapped in astonishingly good looking labels, and closed for your drinking pleasure with cork - yes its even corked, can you believe it ? And all this hand made, hand filled, hand labelled, hand corked goodness is sealed under the watchful eye of you know who!
