Phat Chameleon

Oft used in herbal tea, our combination of botanicals with certified organic Clitoria Ternatea (blue butterfly petal) astounds in a colour changing Gin of subtle flavour depth and mouthfeel.  The colour change arises through its natural ability to be a pH litmus indicator – when tonic water is added.  The butterfly petal is high in antioxidants and also known for a calming effect in some parts of the world. Other botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Licorice and Citrus notes.
