A lovely floral Gin of sweet pelargonium flavour, with butterfly petals delivering its party piece! This is one for those who expect more from their Gin. Butterfly pea (AKA Blue pea!) is also used in Indonesia as a calming tea and has a lengthy list of medicinal uses. The colour change arises through its natural ability to be a pH litmus indicator – when tonic water is added it will turn purple, and blue with soda water. The butterfly petal is also high in antioxidants. Add in the pelargonium and you have a perfect match! Other botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Licorice and Citrus notes.
