A Lovely neutral Gin of traditional flavour, its almost a London dry with a party piece! The butterfly petals offer only gentle floral aroma and little sweetness - this is the Gin for those who prefer traditional flavour values. Butterfly pea (AKA Blue pea!) is also used in Indonesia as a calming tea and has a lengthy list of medicinal uses. The colour change arises through its natural ability to be a pH litmus indicator – when tonic water is added it will turn purple, and blue with soda water. The butterfly petal is also high in antioxidants. Other botanicals include Juniper, Coriander, Licorice and Citrus notes.
