Only a year after we thought we were close (!!) and having moved to an entirely new home and having to basically start from scratch – we are now installed, and legal! Currently we are commissioning our plant and running trials on the new fermenter system, as well as the alembic (and plate) still we have purchased! Botanicals are starting to roll through the door, as are bottles, labels, seals and boxes… its all happening and becoming a reality now so we couldnt be more excited!!!
